Forbidden You don't have permission to access /etc/tmp/alternativ_Apr-02-2015_100435.zip on this server.

Backup is generated, and on the end, it cant be downloaded from popup window dialog.
Still, there is backup file in clients ftp dir.

You can't download it directly. You need to use FTP.
