Do you have other domains setup? You can set panel on one port while domains remain on port 80.

You will need to manually edit the apache/conf/httpd.conf file and add LISTEN 8088 right after LISTEN 80
(it may be LISTEN 0.0.0.0:80)

Restart apache.

Hello,
Maybe.........I maybe found reason.
If I add domain first. Then change admin panel port. It's will have 80 port and change port number.
Could you check it?

Well, you need to add the 'listen 8088' so that apache knows to use that port too. What does your httpd-vhosts.conf look like?

Wrong.

Apache will enable back port 80 once you add a domain. That's why I asked do you have a domain, as the panel is already on another port why do you expect apache to default on port 80?

It's working fine as expected after this port change got implemented the right way.
