Email AliasesProblem

Hi to all;
I have problem with adding email aliases. As I think alias emails means to have one mailbox with several email addresses.
I have 2 domain in my Sentora account.
I have added info@mydomain1.com and have added an alias Email to this Email as info@mydomain2.com
Using owned webmail by info@mydomain1.com for send an email to info@mydomain2.com cusses to receives email to same maibox( as should be) but when i use another webmail such as gmail to send email to info@mydomain2.com  it will never reach to my mail box.
do I need to install some extra modules or set some extra setting?

Seems aliases works only for emails with same domains. Isn't it?
Is there any way to set such an aliases without defining email forwarding.

That is strange i use some of the same configurations and i dont have such a problem on my servers...
