I am new with Sentora (long ago used Zpanel), so bear with me and please do not think that I am complaining. I think it's a great tool and loaded with easy management tools.
That being said; I noticed that there is no ability to Edit an FTP account once created. I know you can reset password, but there is no provision to change a users permissions or home folder.
I know it uses ProFTP and short of editing appropriate files (which will likely break something), there ought to be a way to do this within GUI.
