Ftp login - access denied

Hey all,

I have just installed zpanel. 
I have created a domain and created a ftp user account and pointed that at the domain directory.
Them used both FileZilla and Winscp to try and connect but says the password is wrong?! 

Tried reinstalling on a fresh vps but still not working! 

Any advice will be good!

Port 21 ? Any firewall there?

Does it say password wrong or login wrong?
