Can't access my panel

Hi

i just increased my upload limit in php.ini and do restart the httpd "/etc/init.d/httpd restart" but after that i can't access my panel , i try to forgot passwordbut i didn't receive any email , i try to change the password via ssh "setzadmin --set new-password" but still can't login

can someone help me with this issue?

ok solved, after i upload my files i change the limit back to what it was before and i can login back to my panel -__-
