mach-hosting.com 100% packet loss

Hello,
I ordered an CentOs 6.7, SSD - VPS from OVH. The instalation of Sentora was successful, but when i try to install some modules ( Monsta File Manager & Sentastico ), i get some errors :

I did something worng ?

I think that firewall on mach-hosting.com is preventing ping.

Why are you trying ping here??? Instead did you check using dig that DNS resolution is ok?
