It will fail as the vhost file is rewritten by daemon on each modification...
No support using PM (Auto adding to IGNORE list!), use the forum.

If you add a new website it will be overwritten. so... Unless you don't any more any website/delete any.

So you can't advice as you pointed in your first post. As this is not a solution. Any one using more than a website will get issues.
