Mail Junk Folder

Hello community!

I just started working with Linux and found Sentora online. A friend helped me setting it up. Now, I have a little question. When I send e-mails to Hotmail accounts, it puts the e-mails in the Junk/Spam folder. Is there anyway to solve this problem?

Google over IP reputation Mail server. You will find a lot of infos over that. It have nothing to do with sentora it self but more how you setup your DNS and current IP history ( might been used in the past for spam and so on).

I was getting same problem yesterday but I solved.

Check your SPF records. (http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?acti...n=toolpage)

If you don't have any record for the SPF then you have to add below parameters.
"v=spf1 a mx ip4:YOUR_SERVER_IP_ADDRESS -all"
