You may need to check with WP. But from looking at the file name itself, ~~~~_wfcache.html_gzip doesn't have a file extension, and the ~~~~ might also be an issue. You would have to check with filezilla and your OS's site for allowed file name characters.
You might want to chech WP really. I know sourceforge was having issues recently and you may have downloaded a version while they were updating. I downloaded filezilla through a mirror and it was fine.
