I changed the right thing but it appears there is a bug in the way Sentora grabs the current version from the api site and caches it in your sentora_core x_settings.latestzpversion db row 25.
My testing has revealed that the version number is not being saved to your databases thus giving the false update information.

Also, line 47 of modules/updates/code/controller.ext.php says 1.0.0 and needs to be updated to 1.0.3..?
