I have no idea how it will work with the stack. But the stack does need to be upgraded also. So, if you could make some notes on how you updated the stack, that will be very helpful as I am only working on converting the c:/zpanel/panel/ folder and DB to Sentora.
I am still working on the package and testing it on winXP and a WinServer 2008. So far all seems OK except for some more tweaking and refining of the process. I should have a testable copy hopefully within a week
Also, on your stack upgrade, do you still have suhosin installed and working?
