Can't receive emails

Hello everyone!
I am sort of new here, I've been a little inactive for some time while I sorted some other stuff out and now I'm back online, doing what I was doing before, but I got a big problem I sure could use help with.
Any help is appreciated!
So I can't send or receive any emails it seems from my server, and I'm not sure why. I've made sure the uvw and everything installed on my Ubuntu server allows for all ports to be opened. (25, 587, etc) but my host blocks port 25 anyways, so I changed that in the Sentora Config from port 25 to 587. However, still having an issue or receiving and sending. I'm not sure what is going on but would love some help if anyone is willing.
P.S I should also note that I am terrible with MX Setup and am completely a beginner when it comes to it.
