Need help with NS (NameServer)

I need help with NS, let me explain.

According the Documentation (http://docs.sentora.org/?node=95)

I must create
A :

*         My IP    
@       My IP    
mail    My IP    
ns1     My IP    
ns2     My IP    
www    My IP    

CNAME :

panel     @   

ftp     @   

But my problem is i have 2 server (VPS)
1 = Hosts the main website (mywebsite.tld)
2 = Host Sentora panel (server01.mywebsite.tld)


How should I do it because if i change my ip on www my website will be redirected to the panel
