Once you have it setup as you do now, any other addon domains just need to point to ns1.takeer.com and ns2.takeer.com and Sentora will control all the DNS for those domains 
(This is how I have mine setup fro several years now.)
Please note: If the IP of ns1 and ns2 are the same or point to the same server, there is a risk of failure IF your server is offline or something.
Final note: If you add any more sub domains to your main domain takeer.com, you DO need to add them in GoDaddy and in Sentora also. But ONLY for this one domain.
