I'm not sure what this has to do with firewall....? User's are not being added to the roundcube database therefore there are no credentials to even be checked to login to roundcube.
There has to be users/mailboxes in roundcube in order to be logged in. So, it would seem that somewhere during the mailbox creation inside Sentora the Mailboxes module is not writing to the roundcube DB. I would think an error would show somewhere in the logs though.
