OK you won't be able to do that in httpd-vhosts.conf BUT you can do a smart move for custom entries.
Go in main apache conf file and after the include for http-vhosts.conf add another include http-vhosts-custom.conf that you place in same sentora conf directory and you will be able to add any custom entries you wich there.
