I mean there is nothing answering.
If I try to ping 78.62.126.135, nothing replies.
If I try to visit http://78.62.126.135/ or https://78.62.126.135/ nothing replies.
If I scan port 80, port 443, port *anything*, nothing replies.
Nothing is replying = there's nothing there!
If you are still not sure what I mean, try this site and use the server's IP address and any common port and see what you get:
