Make sure you've entered the accesshash in WHMCS correctly, it should be in the following format:
where NUMBER is the userid of the reseller/admin in Sentora (enter 1 for zadmin), and APIKEY is the api key found in the WHMCS module in the Sentora panel. Also, which version of PHP are you running?

Account couldn't be created, the API Request failed.
Warning! WHMCS has reported that it's version is 234, which doesn't match the version of the ZPanelX module ()!
If this warning doesn't go away on the next API call from WHMCS then this issue should be fixed as soon as possible!

It automatically works for the upgrade?

It automatically works for the upgrade? @[Cantalupo] yeah, it should suspend the account when payment hasn't been made, it has the suspension functions required to do that. And the service upgrade is handled by the ChangePackage function
