Yes, but what about the hook in SENTORA that allows us to access it through the panel???

There is no hook. The module works exactly the same as the phpMyadmin and Roundcube modules. It just loads them in another window and you still have to log in as normal.

You can just install it as a normal website like roundcube is.
Add a new folder in /etc/sentora/panel/etc/apps/ called 'email' and upload the rainloop files there Make sure the file/folder permissions are the same as the /panel/ folder!). Then create a database and user for it.
Then it can be accessed by entering: yourpanellogin.domain.com/etc/apps/email/ into your browser.
You may also use a custom vhost entry to point to it using your main domain or all of your customer's domains like: domain.com/email
How to set up the custom vhosts entry is already explained in the Guides and How-To forum section.
