Error When signing into control panel

It randomly just started happening a few days ago.

My FTP and SSH still works, I just can't sign in or do anything from the control panel.

Whenever i try to sign in, it just says:
Application Error: [0204] - The form you attempted to submit had an invalid token!

and yes the login is correct

it also does this when I try to directly go to phpmyadmin.

1. Clear your browser's cache
2. Clean the temp on a server
3. Reboot the server.

I already done this. Still doesn't work. although I might not have cleaned up the temp right.

Its a panel issue. Tried it on:
Opera
Firefox
and Tor
