PhpMyAdmin cannot open

I have never used phpmyadmin on the panel (Zpanel) before, today I tried it for the first time, the page does not load.

Any advise?

if i try it works, it's slow but it works.
By the way you should use a sub-domain and not an IP address for Zpanel/Sentora.
