Backup Module not working

Hello all,

I have an issue with the backup system. When I click on Backup Now, I got the message:
"File not found in temp directory! Could not find user!"

Any ideas how to solve? It worked a few days ago, and I didn't changed anything...

Sounds like folder permissions may have changed. That would be the first thing I would check. Next I would look in the logs to see if there is any more specific errors related to it.
