which is one of the best translating collabration platform, also it give its access free for public/open source projects, better sentora team can contact onesky and get projects loaded there ..??

so easy to manage all transation, also it have api and loads of features.

But now when the site is down for the translation, how should we then translate it? PO-files or what?

What site down??? no Po-files we have our own custom languages files. Check the docs.

I have no copy of the scripts. I know we are planning to switch to language files instead of the current DB language system. It's much fast and easier to maintain. No timeline set for this major change though
