Can't download backup.

Hello there.

When i want to download backup of my files i get error:

Code:

You don't have permission to access /etc/tmp/zadmin_(date).zip on this server.

Any help?

1. Open file /panel/.htaccess

View:
# Deny access to some file types/directories
RewriteRule ^/?(\.git|\.tx|SQL|config|logs|temp|tests|program\/(include|lib|localization|steps)) - [F]
RewriteRule ^(etc/tmp|etc/zppy-cache|/etc/lib/pChart2/cache|etc/build) - [F,L,NC]

2. Delete
etc/tmp|

To check your current backupmgr module

go to Sentora Github Backupmgr Module: https://github.com/sentora/sentora-core/.../backupmgr

and compare your file.

I just compare it and files are the same ( Size and content ).
EDIT: I installed panel yesterday.

There is no /etc/tmp folder.

Filezilla ( SSH ) output on command:

Totally surprising thread and you keep trying to find a solution!!

Backup download HAD BEEN DISABLED since 10.0.2 as it had a security FLAW. This feature is no more enabled.

You mean, in the latest Sentora? then why is it still enabled on a fresh installed panel? isn't supposed to be disabled like the protect directory?

I though this was fixed on 10.0.2 as there are lots of changes and announcement on this when ZPanel was still alive.
