Sending emails but not receiving them - WINDOWS

I installed Sentora in Windows Server 2012 Standard r2.
The mail boxes are sending emails but they are not receiving them.
There is a website with a form and the form email address exists as a domain at sentora.

When using the linux version, it was the opposite: I could receive them (sent over the form)
but wasn't able to send them.

Ports are opened, outbound/inbound rules are set. Does anyone knows what am I doing wrong?
