Premium Support?

for premium support, no email confirmations other than paypal.
I cant find a thread or anything on how the premium support works.
I have sent an email to info@support.org

Anybody know something about premium support?

Hey guys i still can't access the premium support. I checked to make sure
I had verified membership and it was done. Any ideas?

Sorry SupaYoshi but premium is usally manually validated. Tom will fix it.
