Can we get all working modules in one place? Most of the repos are down. Can we get the .zpp there too?

There issnt one but tgates has the most complete repo:

I tried to make one on github but this is most likely against gitub's policy.

I see the Githubs withe the files but no zpp. Is there a way I can install them from the files?

Have you tried the download buttons, on both the repo's there are download buttons that let you download the zpp files.
