i am new to sentora i wanna know if i could use sentora as a webserver not hosting control panel?

You could use it that way, but there are other solutions out there that would be smaller or more towards your needs. (Not sure why you wouldn't use the panel since it would make things a lot easier even if used just by yourself.)
