Manage Client Issue

I have created 1 client in Reseller>Manage Client. Account has successfully created.But i have faced 2 problems.Please give any advice or idea

1.Welcome email has not sent to my client.
2.I have deleted client account but the record not deleted in the databse.so i cannot create the same client in same email.

My OS is CentOS 7

It's not bug, you can try this module http://forums.sentora.org/showthread.php?tid=1617 and remove records manualy.
