Upgrade Kinda Work - Domain Issues Now

I just upgraded from Zpanel to Sentora and here is what happened.
After first trying the upgrade script on this site, I had to copy past the .sh, and rerun it again. Next you see what happened. Then I was having a db connection problem, so I manually renamed the databases from zpanel_core to sentora_core, I thought this might fix all, but then when I go to one of my sites, any of them. I get the Sentora install in stead of my sites. Can anyone help with ideas of how to fix this, also I put this for future reference for others for the parts I was able to get past.
