xbilling not sending emails

I have seen other tickets talking about xbilling not sending emails.  I haven't seen anyone say it is fixed.  I have tracked it into the sendMail function in controllers, but it doesn't seem to send.

Sentora sends emails just fine using PHPMailer, same function xbilling is using.  Is it not loading the class for PHPMailer?

I gave up and just changed it from PHPMailer. Was not as bad as I thought it would be. Veriables are passing into the function. All is good. Once I finish all of this I will post what needs to be changed. It seems on Ubuntu 14.0.4 there is a bug with sending emails. I think it is a class issue for PHPMailer with-in xbilling. But for now I decided to just make it work.

Nice! It will be good to see what you have come up with! Maybe @[modpluz] will be able to make it selectable (PHPMailer or sendmail)
