Before fixing the blacklists you need to fix the problem that caused you to get on those Blacklists, else you will be Blacklisted for longer time or permanently.

Can you try sending an email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ and post the result back here? Thank you.

Regarding your log, the hotmail server is not being reached, that can be a Blacklist cause or another different issue, do you get any returned email?
