Is dovecot service running?

All emails login failure or only some?

Are you sure you're not trying to login with wrong credentials?

Any firewall there?

So seem you are unable to reach imap port.

Could you login on SSH and try to telnet port 143 ?

I am now with a vps at LeaseWeb, has firewall, but is disabled, and port 143 this tightens.
which ssh command I use to test the ports?
I'm with centos 7.
