MySQL and PHP not install

I'm folow the guide to install sentora, and here is log:

Shutting down interface eth0:                              [  OK  ]
Shutting down loopback interface:                          [  OK  ]
Bringing up loopback interface:                            [  OK  ]

Trying other mirror.

As you can see, eth0 is shut down, from then it can not download and install anything? What's the problem, any solution?

Are you trying to install on a fresh CentOS installation?
If not, please reinstall your OS and try installing Sentora again.

Can not be found, but

Can be found....

Is this a copy&past mistake of something with the installer or centos repos system?

VPS provider or Vmware in local machine? This is not common?

Do you have dhcp? Static ip? Many network cards?

I have VPS runing on Hyper-V, use static IP address.
I think I should do fresh install again. The first time I did not do minimal install CentOS.

I did fresh install with minimal again and have the same error:

I think the problem is why it shut down the eth0 NIC card? After that it did not turn ethernet card up so can not do download anything.
Can I do manual istall PHP, MySQL, Apche, Postfix... by hand and how to do that?

Thanks all, Folk. I've done.
It's turn out to be the ifconfig-eth0. I've just change ONBOOT=no to yes.
