You need to add those domains on the domain manager.

ANY domain that points to your IP but is not added on the domain manager to a vhost (THIS IS NOT THE DNS) will go to the Sentora Control panel.

Ok so once I added this. Could I add my own name servers and thus not use the defualt registrar's anymore?

You need to first register the subdomain as a nameserver, use your registrar to do it.

Than read http://docs.sentora.org/?node=95 to use nameservers as a single IP Address, not recommended.

You will be able to setup your own name servers after this.

Keep in mind that this will not be reliable as oyu are using just one server as DNS, if it fails, everything will go down for the public.
