Hi. When I go to setup an account, and send the welcome letter; there is no index.html for others to change when they ftp into said domain. Also, can I change the default header, body and footer of the message without manually doing so? Another thing I would like to ask is when I create ftp accounts. I think it messes up because for example if I setup an ftp account using my name ems_484, it would be domain_ems_484. But if the domain is added onto the account, how come it doesnt just recongize the username? Am I making any sense?

I think the message template is in the DB. Yes you can change it.

Notice FTP Accounts are not liked to domains but to account/user name. And it will depend on the ftp root folder.

No clue what you mean, but databases names are just account name with a self chosen word.
like: accountname_selfshosenword
A database is domain independent to my knowledge.
