Hello,

Can you suggest good antivirus for servers running on Centos7 please.

Can you also let us know how to install it, or provide us a good installation tutorial please?

ClamAV free and good one but it's not a live antivirus.

inistall is easy using yum:

yum install clamav clamd

It scans files on request. Like based on a cron job. Or if used with SMTP only when file is received. But not when each file is read/wrote.

a simple google with give a lot of methods to installa  and run it, i have it on ubuntu with a weekly scan programed, but i did some googling and testing, also note, to set it to scan on your low days as clamav like any av with max out (CPU and ram) the server when its scans

You can use Norton or McAfee any of this antivirus software for your Server. It Prevents you from any attacks. Because of these antivirus software any malware or scammer stay-aways.
