Sentora Reinstallation
Hi Team,

We mistakenly removed php from the server. After that Sentora stopped working. Is there any way to reconfigure sentora without affecting my site files and data bases?

Thanks.

I should think you can copy everything out of the /public_html folder (all of your site data) and backup all of your databases. You won't have phpMyAdmin to do the backups, you'll have to do that from the MySQL/Mariadb CLI.

Reinstall SENTORA and put things back where they were.
Everyone makes mistakes, but to truly screw up it takes the root password!

Awesome!! Thank You so much Smile

I have successfully re-installed Sentora and its working fine. Great!!

Re-installation doesn't make any changes in Web site files, Data Bases,  DB Users and FTP Users. I can able to connect the DB from the existing DB user but I am unable to connect FTP from the existing user. I have created a new FTP user but its also not connected.

Please find the FileZilla connection log below,

Status: Connecting to 128.199.XXX.XXX:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220 ProFTPD 1.3.5rc3 Server (Sentora FTP Server) [::ffff:128.199.XXX.XXX]
Command: AUTH TLS
Response: 500 AUTH not understood
Command: AUTH SSL
Response: 500 AUTH not understood
Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS.
Command: USER zadmin_test
Response: 331 Password required for zadmin_test
Command: PASS **********
Error: Could not connect to server

Is there anything miss-configured?

Thanks in advance.

RE: Sentora Reinstallation
Check your Filezilla settings. You are trying to connect securely to a non-secure connection... The error tells you this.
