I don't have find the bug @[TGates] can you have an version of xbilling want we work ?
My sentora server is on PHP 5.6.27 
And the front-end on PHP 5.6

may i ask about this biliing frontend where sholud i to uploaded it?
in root "/" or in home directory for my domain: mydoamin.tld/xbilling_frontend ?
and ihave to copy to every domain i have create ?

You only upload it to your main hosting domain. Use something like yourdomain.com/billing and put it in that folder.

So I should rename folder from "xblling_frontend" into "billing" ?

do you know where i can change the Panel URL for welcome email.
cause when i try do create new user and when it send email. the panel url blank.
"control panel : http:// " where i can edit this?

why when i fill all the form as user and then finalize all then when complete but there is no email i receive to my email from sentora billing server. what should i do?

It's in the xBilling config inside your panel... (Reseller>xBilling)
