I want to change the postfix HELO/EHLO

I am putting a random host in /etc/postfix/main.cf
smtpd_banner = google.com Just to test it. But it does not change When I send an email. Been trying for hours and hours. I want to override the HELO/EHLO, how? why its not chaning?

yes there is a symbolic link to /etc/sentora/configs/postfix but take car if you edit it in /etc/postfix and save it I noticed it broke the symbolic link and replace it with a file. Best edit it in sentora folder.
