one of my domain access log is 76GB
I never check these logs tho.
Can i permanently disable domain access log?

I wouldn't suggest disabling them. They can be very useful if one of your sites gets hacked.
You can delete them and just let them rebuild or you could try using Log Rotate for them like we use for the main log files. You would have to check with Google on how to do it for your OS.
