How to set passwords and what is Destination selection ?

When I set up a new email address there is no option to apply an password ? I find this very strange - Isn't a password one of the fundamental things you should be able to set up ?

Also it asked for a Destination. What does this mean ?

Is there any documentation on emails etc I looked here http://docs.sentora.org/ but couldn't find anything.

It sounds like your are either creating an alias or a forwarder. You need to go to Mail > Mailboxes and create a new mailbox at the bottom.
