How to ask for Help here

Before asking a technical question please do the following:

1. Try to find an answer by searching the archives of the forum.
   
2. Try to find an answer by searching the Web (Google do a lot of magic).
   
3. Try to find an answer by reading the Sentora docs.
   
4. Try to find an answer by inspection or experimentation.
   
5. Try to find an answer by asking a skilled friend.
   
6. If you're a programmer, try to find an answer by reading the source code.
   
7. Don't try to PM the support staff, unless you are asked to (mainly to provide private information).
   
8. Use the right section in the forums (email, DNS, Zpanel..).
   
9. Provide the OS you use, installer version and extended infos about the issues you face so we can help.
